*Normal Attack elemental formula fix. When the difference between your elemental atk and enemy's elemental is lower than 150, the following formula applies: 0.0047*DIFFERENCE, when between 151 and 250 the bonus is 70.5%, when between 251 and 299 the bonus is 85% and when its higher than 300 the bonus is 100%.
*Sublime Self-Sacrifice skill effect now will be removed on any action except move.
*Spoil skill should work in PVP when enchanted.
*Bluff effect of Blinding Blow is fixed.
*+6 Armor Enchant skills fix.
*Touch of Death, Insane Crusher will now remove 90% of the enemy's CP, even if the debuff didnt land (retail like)
*Fortress Dungeon quest (511_AwlUnderFoot) fix.
*Lesser Evil and Greater Evil will now have retail-like stats (they will be stronger than before)
*Jude's Request quest drop rate increased from 25% to 70%. Now Lesser Evils will drop 1 Evil Weapon, Greaters - 2


NEW Anti-Bot system added.

There is an enchant root that spoil decreases enemys earth def or something,can't rly remember exactly what it is

There is an enchant root that spoil decreases enemys earth def or something,can't rly remember exactly what it is
admin can do w/e he want with the spoil ,even to make it like DOT ;")

 boss inside lvl 62 ..... this server everybody 80+ .... 
 u enter > to high lvl to hit rb > soe   
 where is "fix" ?!
 ahh quest working  ?! for who ? retail ppl Cheesy

do u tocuh something about the heal with celestial? i guess u make something because when i heal with celestial heal efect dont affect me and no1 in my party i cant even take mana pots..... this is insane beacuse in instance like beleth or any time in chimera i have celestial all time because all mobs agro with healings..... this is wrong to fix something u must  make celestial effect go off like skills flames of invencibility and normal celestials skills when u hit or heal or use any other skill... if u wanna fix the server to make balance go and see some pvp of paladins healing WITHOUT reuse the sacrifice to heal any1 in party this is not the solution

PD:if u thing this is balance is wrong cuz like this u ruins 1 class

Well MR. Rtail like everything on a custom server i got something to ask you...have u even ever logged on a retail server?! On retail you dont have this stats /items or buffs and you kill a Greater evil in like 2 min's i mean come on are those realy the retail like stats? Smiley))) Than it means on retail to farm EW's il have to start making raid command chanel Smiley)))! OH and by the way.....the drop rate didin't changed at all , all you managed to do with those "changes" is just adding soul shots lag!

Yup confirmed..... you need 10 mages to cast silence for 3 minutes to get one stupid healer silent for 3 seconds..... thne the guy get's lucky and cle shield kicks in making him immortal again for 5 seconds as mages hit him the hardcore way making that song of purification kick in and erase hi4 silence so that he can spam heal on himself again..... irritating.....

But in order for it to appear you need to have a fortress that has signed a contract with your castle Smiley This is how it works in offi but the problem is that the ambassador NPC in the freshly conquered fortress does not appear..... and with this issue in place Fort clan can't make a contract with the local lord thus unable Castle users to use the Castle dungeon.

so castle instance is not working here ?!
maybe Gm fix it !
cuz he fix fort dungeon where i bet nobody go cuz all high lvl Smiley
